Virgil van Dijk shared a message as Liverpool won their third game in a row after beating title rivals Arsenal in the Premier League.
Liverpool continued their 100% record in their Premier League title defence as they beat Arsenal with a 1-0 win at Anfield.
While the two battled in a cagey affair, with very few chances at either end, it was Szoboszlai who scored a brilliant curling free-kick from 32 yards away to score the only goal of the game.
Van Dijk also had a dominant performance for Liverpool, keeping Viktor Gyokeres quiet throughout the game, who failed to register a single shot during the game.
Following the victory, the Liverpool captain shared a simple yet effective message to supporters, celebrating the team’s continued momentum.
The Dutchman posted on Instagram following the victory over the Gunners, in a win that could have a lasting effect as the season progresses.
He posted multiple pictures from the match but with a one-word message to say: “Focus”.

The captain saw plenty of reaction to his message, with Ryan Gravenberch sharing a heart emoji whilst Ibrahima Konate and goal scorer Szoboszlai both liked the post.
Liverpool’s skipper seemed to have continued his commanding displays from last term, and he was recently recognised for his performances.
Van Dijk was awarded a place in the PFA Team of the Year, alongside teammates Gravenberch and Mohamed Salah.
Even at 34, he shows no signs of slowing down, with him and Konate forming a defensive partnership that helped Liverpool keep the most clean sheets in the league last season, and hope to continue that form after a shaky start.

While Konate shared a response by liking his fellow defensive partner’s message, his future at the club remains uncertain.
He has less than a year left on his deal, but Football Insider revealed that Liverpool are not concerned about Konate’s future.
Real Madrid continue to keep tabs on his situation, potentially aiming to replicate the strategy they used with Trent Alexander-Arnold last season.
However, with Liverpool continuing talks over Marc Guehi, it seems as if the Reds’ stance has calmed, regardless of whether Konate leaves or stays beyond the transfer deadline.
