Rangers have agreed to sign Tottenham sensation Mikey Moore after promising him regular starting time, sources have told Football Insider.
Moore, 17, is set to pen a new contract with Spurs before making the move to Ibrox on a season-long loan deal to further his development.
Birmingham, West Brom and Middlesbrough have all made moves for Moore and held talks with him, but they would not guarantee him regular starts in the Championship.
Football Insider exclusively revealed on 25 July that Tottenham had reluctantly agreed to let Moore leave on loan despite initial plans to use him as part of Thomas Frank’s squad.
The winger wants to develop at a team where he is a key member of the starting XI and not just a part of the squad before he returns to Spurs next summer.

Birmingham have enjoyed a busy summer transfer window so far following their promotion to the Championship and were keen for Davies to remain at the club.
