The Reds have certainly had a summer to remember and the best thing for their fans is that it is far from over.
Many players are still being linked with a move and big money could still be spent, even though the Reds have already parted ways with almost £300m.
However, despite the exciting times ahead and a number of new additions, they could have some knock-on effects for current stars.
And, if one of the latest transfer rumours is true, then a fan favourite is surely about to say his final goodbyes to fans.

As good as Liverpool’s attack is, their defence is where the real problem has occurred this summer, with reinforcements very clearly needed.
Crystal Palace’s Marc Guehi is a player towards the top of their wishlist, and the Reds are stepping up their interest to sign him before the window slams shut.
However, he has previously stated that he wants to be assured regular playing time due to it being a World Cup season and needing to be a part of Thomas Tuchel’s England squad.

With that being said, making a move for him would suggest there is a clear pathway for him to achieve this, although that would mean Ibrahima Konate could be on his way out to make room.
The Frenchman, like Guehi, is out of contract next summer and Real Madrid are very keen to add him to their ranks, although Liverpool are still hoping he signs a new contract.
A breakthrough is yet to be achieved, however, suggesting that he is likely to depart either this summer or next, with the Reds’ pursuit of Guehi only adding fuel to the fire.
In an ideal world, Arne Slot would be able to rotate his centre-back options if and when he chooses, especially due to the amount of games Liverpool will be playing.
At the moment, they only have three choices, one being a 34-year-old Virgil van Dijk and the other two being very injury prone.
Therefore, Guehi is desperately needed, but keeping Konate is just as important for depth, something essential for a team trying to win all the titles.
Parma’s Giovanni Leoni is also a name being linked, but at just 18, he is more of one for the future, suggesting bringing him in as well will be the ideal outcome.
