There’s going to be a bit of a squad refresh at Liverpool this summer it would seem.
Indeed, despite the fact the Reds are the Premier League champions, there’s going to be some upheaval at Anfield.
It looks like Liverpool may have three quickfire signings through the door this summer.
Jeremie Frimpong has already joined the Reds, while Florian Wirtz is set to follow as is Milos Kerkez.
However, alongside the exciting incomings may be some unfortunate outgoings.
Darwin Nunez is set to leave Liverpool, while Luis Diaz’s future is also unclear.
On top of that, Atletico Madrid reportedly want to sign Andy Robertson, and that may influence Liverpool’s further transfer decisions.

Andy Robertson could be headed to Atletico Madrid, and if he goes, the Scot may need replacing.
Kostas Tsimikas is also set to leave, and even with the arrival of Milos Kerkez, Liverpool would be short at left-back.

Luckily, there is one Liverpool target who could help in this regard.
Liverpool have looked at Jorrel Hato as of late, and he could be just what the doctor ordered here.
Hato is a talented young player, and he’s capable of playing at both left-back and centre-back.
Liverpool want a young centre-back in any case, and if Robertson and Tsimikas leave, it would be wise to get a player who can cover both areas.
This sort of versatility is vital these days, Liverpool know that only too well after using the likes of Jarrel Quansah and Joe Gomez at right-back in recent times.
Hato was already on Liverpool’s radar, but the added need to increase depth at left-back may mean this move is more likely now.
Hato has been shining for Ajax for a long time now, and he’s already earned a seal of approval from one Liverpool legend.
Indeed, Jordan Henderson is a big fan of Hato, and he’s hailed the teenager, via Ajax’s official website.
“It’s crazy how young he is, but obviously how mature he looks when he’s on the pitch and also off the pitch,” Henderson said.
“He’s a very mature person, works hard, fantastic player, and yeah, he has a bright future ahead of him, I’m sure.
I think he just needs to continue to do what he’s been doing.”
Valued at £40m, Hato wouldn’t be cheap, but this is a player with tons of potential and plenty of versatility, two attributes that Arne Slot values highly.
Liverpool may soon need another new left-back, while centre-back is already a bit of a problem position, so a move for Hato makes the world of sense.
