Tottenham’s emerging news of shock developments regarding Daniel Levy’s position have stunned Spurs fans and pundits alike with there potentially being more to the story.
The new era at Tottenham has started in sensational fashion after two victories out of three under Thomas Frank in the league.
A frustrating 1-0 defeat against Bournemouth saw Tottenham fans boo their side off the pitch as the international break provides the ideal opportunity for the team to regroup.
But, major news of executive chairman Levy stepping down has left the Spurs supporters and Premier League world bewildered by the shocking news.

Speaking on Sky Sports News (4 September, 5.52pm), former Aston Villa player Lee Hendrie gave his live reaction to the absolute bombshell.
The ex-Sheffield United midfielder said: “I’m absolutely shocked, I really am shocked.
There’s always talk around Daniel Levy for all sorts of things at the football club.
“Last season was a real poor season, but I’m just shocked, I really am.
I can’t believe that he’s left the football club.

“Is that good?
But really really shocked for how long he’s been there and took the club to where it’s got to.
“Particularly after the summer and how much they’ve invested in new players and a new manager, and now he steps down and walks away.
“Seems pretty bizarre.
I’d love to know what’s gone on there… Is there something more to it?”

It remains to be seen if the decision for the former executive chairman to step down will mean his complete removal of involvement from the football club or that he will take up a different role.
Levy spent nearly 25 years in charge of the north London club, turning it from a languishing relegation side to a European competitor, playing 18 times in Europe out of the last 20 campaigns.
The 63-year-old has overseen a huge transitionary period in the club’s history including the construction of arguably the best stadium in the country.

From a Spurs fan’s perspective, although the team has become a ground-breaking business that is extremely profitable, there has been a distinct lack of investment on the pitch.
Money has been spent on bringing in players, but not always on the calibre of footballers that would take the club to the next level.
I thank Levy for his commitment to the Lilywhites but it is the right time for the ex-chairman to move on as a new era is to be embraced at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
