Warnock took to X to compare Nunez to Liverpool youngster Jayden Danns, and suggest the 18-year-old has made more impact than the Uruguayan this season.

He’s scored 26 goals for Liverpool at all levels this season, including two goals in the first team.

While Warnock is a little bit unfair to suggest Danns has shown more composure than Nunez, because the Uruguayan has come up clutch several times for Liverpool this season, he does make an important point.

Danns does have a lot of composure for his age and he has demonstrated that several times this season.

He definitely deserves a chance in these last four games that are now left for Liverpool.
