Although there were five-minute periods here and there when it felt like Liverpool were the better team of the two, Atletico didn’t deserve to leave Anfield with nothing to show for their efforts.
Both clubs worked their socks off, and although Liverpool’s quality is clear, they need to become more dominant during games.
