Liverpool icon Jamie Carragher has torn into former Manchester United players Gary Neville and Roy Keane for their staunch defence of Red Devils boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Carragher has claimed he is "Sick" of the analysis by Neville and Keane on United.

The ex-Old Trafford pair played alongside Solskjaer for several years, winning an array of trophies.

"The two of them just make excuses for Ole because they played with him and he's their mate."

"The excuses have got to stop at Manchester United, I'm sick of it. Every player is over 50 million, it's unbelievable."

Carragher, who played 737 times for Liverpool, has insisted that he enjoys life better now that he is not playing.

"We all like a day off every now and again, when you're not really there [because] the game's not for another four days," Carragher continued.
