In the Sky Sports studio at half-time, ex-Liverpool star Redknapp focussed on Alexander-Arnold's defending in the build-up to the strike and felt the full-back could have 'moved his feet quicker' to get closer to the ball.

'At first I'm thinking show him down the line on his left but once he comes inside, you've got to block it.

'I think the problem with Trent there is that he overcompensated, thinking Trent was going to go down the line,' he said.
'And then obviously he hasn't moved his feet quick enough to get out and block it.
