Liverpool target Jeremie Frimpong posted shortly after the Reds Premier League title triumph as he closes in on his Anfield move.
The Dutchman continues his recovery after a gruelling Bundesliga season while international teammates; Virgil van Dijk, Cody Gakpo and Ryan Gravenberch got their hands on top-flight silverware.
The Reds are closing in on a deal to sign the 24-year-old in a move that would bolster their options on the right side with Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Liverpool are expected to trigger the Dutchman's £30million release clause, a switch which could mark the beginning of a busy summer at Anfield as they look to reinforce their options ahead of next season's title defence.
On the eve of the Liverpool's crowning moment, Frimpong enjoyed a back-and-forth with some of his international teammates including Ryan Gravenberch, whom he shared a tongue-in-cheek joke with after being named Young Player of the Season.

Despite the ongoing transfer speculation, the Reds head coach has remained coy on who they will be welcoming in the coming weeks with the transfer window set to open on June 1.
"What do you think?" Slot responded, when asked about Frimpong following their defeat to Brighton.
“I think what we all know is the moment we announce it, that is the moment to talk about it in general.
"We haven’t announced anything so no need to talk about anyone."
Gakpo was also pushed on the prospect of another Dutch player joining the club in Frimpong.
However, he too, remained silent on the growing interest.

"Maybe, I don’t know yet," he said.
"Maybe you know more than me!
"But yes, obviously another Dutchman, English as well, but a very good guy.
We know him from the national team and a very good player as well so let’s see if he comes or not.”
