Liverpool have had their fair share of legendary players throughout their history and some current ones are not far away from being in this bracket.
The Reds are building a star-studded team to win every possible trophy available to them, with it looking like they are aiming to dominate European football for years to come.
They have done it before after being the best for the majority of the 1970s and 1980s, and they certainly have the players to do it again.
Their signings so far have been excellent and one in particular already knows how special the Reds are as a club, with Jeremie Frimpong’s dad a big Liverpool supporter.
The Dutchman has also been quick to show off his knowledge of the club in his early interviews, and he has now named who he thinks are the four best players in the club’s history.

Everyone will have contrasting opinions on who they think is their team’s best player in their entire history, but Liverpool’s is more debatable than most due to the sheer number of world-class players they have had.
New signing Frimpong, however, gave it a good shot and not many people would complain too much about his selection, with the right-back picking his ‘Mount Rushmore’ of Liverpool players, meaning he can only pick the best four.
“I think I’ll put Salah there and Gerrard for sure,” Frimpong said without hesitation on SPORTbible’s TikTok account.

“Virgil [van Dijk] for sure, and let’s go for Kenny, Kenny Dalglish.”
Of course many would disagree and perhaps go for some older players instead, but given that he has only been at the club for a very short period of time, he hasn’t exactly done a bad job and he clearly knows a thing or two about the club he has just joined.
Frimpong has the tricky task of replacing Trent Alexander-Arnold, but, costing just £30m, the rewards significantly outweigh the risks.
The Dutchman himself, however, already knows the battle he is up against, but has sent a message to Liverpool fans that would suggest he isn’t short of confidence.
In an interview with Sky Sports he said: “It’s big shoes but it’s Liverpool, it’s a big team who win trophies for a reason.
If you play for Liverpool you have to fill in the shoes and perform.
That’s what I’ll bring.”
If he does indeed do that for the Reds then he will firmly establish himself as a fan-favourite at Anfield, although if he is to join the list as one of Liverpool’s best-ever players, then he has a lot of work to do, starting from day one.
