Jurgen Klopp has been spotted watching Liverpool’s open top bus parade with fellow Reds legend Sir Kenny Dalglish.

The German returned to the city last week to attend the LFC Foundation Gala Ball.

He then returned to the AXA Training Centre on Saturday for the first time since stepping down as manager, before taking in his first Liverpool game since his departure as the Reds lifted the Premier League trophy on Sunday.

Klopp would take to social media after seeing his former side officially crowned Premier League champions, posting a number of pictures alongside his successor, Arne Slot, as well as his former captain Virgil van Dijk.

The German was then later pictured with Dalglish and fellow former Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez, with the Scot’s son and former Reds youngster, Paul, uploading the picture on his Instagram story.

Klopp was with Dalglish again on Bank Holiday Monday as the pair took in the open top bus parade through the city.

In a reel shared on Instagram by Dalglish Jr, both Klopp and Dalglish were seen enthusiastically waving to supporters on the Strand, with the legendary managerial duo seemingly in place at Mann Island for the parade.

Dalglish Jr wrote: 'Love these 2', while Klopp’s trademark booming laughter filled the room as he gestured to supporters, with the German taking great delight in being joined by Dalglish.

Klopp, who led the Reds to the Premier League title in 2020 but was denied the opportunity to celebrate with supporters due to the Coronavirus pandemic, watched on from the directors’ box as Liverpool were presented with the trophy.

And taking to Instagram, he first shared a picture he had taken from the stands of the Liverpool squad holding aloft the Premier League trophy on the podium out on the pitch, before later posting snaps with Slot and Van Dijk.

Meanwhile, alongside his Instagram story and post, Klopp wrote: “@Liverpoolfc Congratulations “Champions”!!
