Jurgen Klopp has always been a great speaker.

He is someone that despite being German, can convey high levels of emotion and passion through English, and that has helped in management when looking to motivate his teams.

As of January of this year, after departing Liverpool in the summer of last year, he has been Head of Global Soccer at Red Bull.

A role with a lot of responsibility, including being involved in the search for the manager of the clubs under the Red Bull ownership.

Red Bull Leipzig parted ways with their manager Marco Rose at the end of March, with the Bundesliga side underwhelming domestically and in the Champions League, as they sat sixth in the Bundeliga at the time of Rose’s sacking.

Zsolt Low took control until the end of the season, but the club are now on the hunt for a new manager on a permanent basis that will see them into the new season.

Jurgen Klopp seems to have worked his magic again after convincing Cesc Fabregas to join RB Leipzig, according to Sky Sports.

There is an oral agreement between the club and the Spaniard, as the 38-year-old is prepared to leave his current club Como FC in favour of a switch to Germany.

However, whilst Klopp may have convinced Fabregas to join, Como are less willing to let him go, and the Italians have so far rejected everything that Leipzig has had to offer.

No door has opened so far for a potential exit of Cesc Fabregas, so it remains to be seen if he does make the switch to the Bundesliga this summer.

As of right now, RB Leipzig are not bringing it any further, but something could change, and they would jump at that opportunity.

RB Leipzig wanted to have clarified the manager situation by the end of May but the situation remains complicated.

The shortlist of candidates for the job also include Oliver Glasner of Crystal Palace, Ole Werner who was most recently with Werder Bremen and Alexander Blessin of FC St.
