Liverpool are set to take on Brighton this Sunday in what will be the Reds’ first Premier League game back after the international break.
Jurgen Klopp’s men find themselves in something of a favourable position in regard to the chase for this terms Premier League title.
They are currently level on points (64) with Arsenal and are only in second place due to goal difference.
Manchester City aren’t too far behind either with the Cityzens finding themselves on 63 points.
The Gunners and City are set to face one another this Sunday in what could be a season defining moment for all three teams.
If Mikel Arteta’s and Pep Guardiola’s men end up drawing at the weekend whilst Liverpool win, this would propel Klopp’s men to the top of the table once again.
However, ahead of Sunday’s clash against Brighton, Liverpool have a fair few injuries which they will need to deal with accordingly.
Thanks to the international break, another name was added to the Reds’ seemingly never-ending list.
That player being, Andy Robertson.

Initially, the injury seemed fairly serious as the Scotland international was forced off of the pitch.
In regard to the fitness of Curtis Jones, who has played a pivotal role in the squad thus far, there are still question marks around whether or not he will feature against the Seagulls.
Another one of the Reds’ players who many thought would be absent this weekend was that of Ibrahima Konate.
The France international didn’t feature in Thursday’s training session which provoked thoughts of worry to fans.
