Jurgen Klopp has sent his congratulations to Liverpool after the Reds were presented with the Premier League trophy on Sunday.
Arne Slot’s side clinched the title last month after thrashing Tottenham Hotspur, but have had to wait until after their final game of the season to get their hands on the trophy.
Liverpool finished the season by coming from behind late on to secure a 1-1 draw at home to Crystal Palace, but that did nothing to dampen their title celebrations.
Klopp, who led the Reds to the Premier League title in 2020 but was denied the opportunity to celebrate with supporters due to the Coronavirus pandemic, was in attendance at Anfield to see his former side lift the trophy.

Appearing at the LFC Foundation Gala Ball on Friday, he was also back at the AXA Training Centre on Saturday as he met with his successor, Slot.
And speaking in his post-match press conference, Slot reflected on meeting Klopp in person for the first time as he admitted he hopes to spend more time with the German in the upcoming days.

“Don't think we've met before, but we spoke to each other already a few times.
“Yesterday, time was limited because these last days at the club, everybody wants to speak to you and a lot of things have to be done.
Media is by the way one of them!
“But I did have some time for that.
