Bournemouth players were quick to react after news broke of yet another departure in what has been a busy summer window for the club.
Andoni Iraola’s side are coming off a record-breaking 2024/25 campaign, finishing ninth in the Premier League and securing their highest-ever points tally.
However, that success has come at a cost, with several key players moving on.
Dean Huijsen sealed a switch to Real Madrid back in June, while Liverpool completed a deal for Milos Kerkez.
Now, the squad has taken to social media to acknowledge the latest exit, as another name heads for the Vitality Stadium door.

Brazilian goalkeeper Neto has confirmed his departure from Bournemouth, taking to Instagram to share an emotional farewell with supporters.
He wrote: “Three years of incredible experiences and people that I’ll bring in my heart for the rest of my life.”
He also thanked those who supported him during his time on the south coast, adding: “Thank the fans and everyone at the club who have always been by my side throughout this period.
Thank you, Cherries.”

The 36-year-old departs after making 63 appearances for Andoni Iraola’s side in all competitions, keeping 13 clean sheets but conceding 99 goals.
The veteran stopper will return to his homeland to join Brazilian side Botafogo on a free transfer, despite having a year remaining on his contract.
Neto struggled to make an impact during a loan spell at Arsenal last season, featuring just once in a match against Girona where he made a costly error.
The club had been preparing for changes in the goalkeeping department, particularly after Kepa Arrizabalaga’s loan was not extended, and Bournemouth have since brought in Djordje Petrovic on a permanent deal.

With several departures already confirmed this summer, Bournemouth could be set to lose another key player in defence.
Reports suggest Paris Saint-Germain are closing in on a deal for Illia Zabarnyi, with the centre-back having already agreed personal terms.
Football Insider previously revealed both Tottenham and PSG had been monitoring Zabarnyi, but it appears the Champions League champions have now taken significant steps towards securing his signature in a move that would deliver yet another blow to Bournemouth’s back line.
