Kevin De Bruyne won't be joining Liverpool this summer after reportedly ruling out a move to another Premier League club.

Mohamed Salah then weighed-in on the situation, saying: "I want to tell him congratulations on your career.

He's done a phenomenal job at City, and he was great for the league.
