Kevin De Bruyne is down to two options as he decides where to take his next step in his career after leaving Manchester City.
The Premier League legend is set to play in his last game for the club on Sunday as his contract expires at the end of the season.
The Citizens have opted not to renew his deal as they look to replenish their side after a disappointing season saw them fail to compete to retain their Premier League title.
"I want to tell him congratulations for your career,” Salah told Sky Sports.

"He’s done a phenomenal job at City, and he was great for the league.

The City legend appears to have already chosen not to look at offers from a Premier League rival however.
"I have not had any offer the whole year, they just took a decision," he said in April.
