Kyle Walker believes departing Liverpool star Trent Alexander-Arnold will have had sleepless nights over his Anfield exit.
The Reds' academy prroduct confirmed he would depart the club last week, with a move to Real Madrid expected.
Alexander-Arnold, 26, sees his contract expire at the end of June and is expected to join up with Jude Bellingham in Madrid after months of speculation.
The full-back's decision has drawn the ire of some supporters and the England international was booed when Liverpool faced Arsenal at the weekend.
The defender waited until Liverpool won the Premier League to announce his decision, and is set to round off a stint where he claimed two league titles, an FA Cup, a Carabao Cup, Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and Club World Cup.
The defender, on loan at AC Milan from Manchester City, reckons the one-club man may have wanted a new test.
