The moment Liverpool fans have waited 35 years for will happen in just a few hours.

Virgil van Dijk will lift the Premier League above his head following the final game against Crystal Palace at Anfield.

Arne Slot's side were confirmed as Champions last month after a convincing 5-1 win against Tottenham at Anfield.

Liverpool city centre and pubs across the city are also preparing for a busy day as fans prepare to see the trophy lifted.

The celebrations could go until the early hours of the morning and then there's the parade on Monday.
