Man United defender Lisandro Martinez shared an update on social media regarding his injury rehabilitation.
The Argentinian defender has suffered a difficult season last term, as he has struggled with injury setbacks throughout his time at the club.
Despite featuring consistently under the Portuguese manager after his arrival, his season was cut short as Martinez suffered an ACL tear back in February, ruling him out for the remainder of the season.
Since then, there have been reports that the club are keen to extend his deal, but Man United supporters are against a new contract for Martinez, with some calling for him to be sold.
Amid speculation around his future, he has since posted on social media with an update on his recovery.
Martinez is currently injured for Man United.
Despite recent criticism, Martinez has provided a positive update on Instagram, showing himself running on the training pitch.
This isn’t the first time that the defender has shown the fans his recovery process, as Martinez posted injury updates during the summer as part of his rehabilitation programme, but he is now on the pitch.
