Liverpool left it late to snatch victory over Bournemouth after two points looked to have slipped away on an emotional night at Anfield.
Late Reds forward Diogo Jota was remembered with a poignant tribute before kick-off and set the tone for the hosts who stormed into a 2-0 lead through Hugo Ekitike and Cody Gakpo.
But two goals from Antoine Semenyo pulled Bournemouth back level, before sub Federico Chiesa struck six minutes after coming on in the 88th minute to put Liverpool back ahead, with Mohamed Salah sealing the win in stoppage time.
The game was marred by an incident involving Semenyo during the first half with the Bournemouth forward alleging to officials that he was racially abused by a supporter in the crowd.
