Liverpool is preparing for a day of celebration that will be etched into city folklore, as the Reds get ready to parade their 20th English league title through the streets.

With anticipation building across Merseyside, thousands are expected to turn out and witness the moment the Premier League trophy is brought home in style.

Now the Liverpool City Council has officially confirmed the details of what will be an unforgettable day for everyone associated with Liverpool FC.

It has been confirmed that the club is covering the costs of the parade.

When and Where

The victory parade will take place on Bank Holiday Monday, 26 May 2025, starting at 2:30 pm.

The event promises to be a spectacle, with the 15km route designed to give as many fans as possible a chance to see their heroes.

The parade will begin at Allerton Maze and travel northbound on Queens Drive towards the Fiveways roundabout and Rocket flyover.

From there, it will proceed along Queens Drive, Mill Bank, West Derby Road, Islington, Leeds Street, and The Strand, before finishing at Blundell Street.

What to Expect

The parade is expected to last between three and five hours, though timings could change depending on crowd sizes and conditions.

Liverpool City Council has worked closely with local businesses and residents to ensure everyone is aware of the event and any impact it may have.

Fans are encouraged to plan ahead, with advice to walk or cycle to the route if possible, and to use public transport only after checking updated timetables.

The city is expected to be extremely busy, not just on Monday but throughout the weekend, so patience and preparation are key.

Viewing and Accessibility

There are no dedicated viewing areas or seating, but the long route means there should be plenty of space to find a good vantage point.
