It’s almost time to go again.
After lifting the Premier League trophy last season, Liverpool fans now turn their focus to defending it.
But before that, all eyes are on the schedule.
The buildup, the crunch games, the packed winter calendar—it all matters.
Every fan is already calculating away days, European nights, and when the big rivals are due at Anfield.
Then there’s the Club World Cup, the Champions League, and the cups.
Everyone wants to know how it all fits together.
It’s not just about the players.
It’s also about the supporters making plans for the long season ahead.
And now, the wait for answers is over.
As per the club’s official site, Liverpool will discover their full Premier League fixture list at 9am BST on Wednesday, June 18.
The Reds will begin their title defence on the weekend of Saturday, August 16, and the final round of matches will be played on Sunday, May 24, with all games kicking off at the same time.
This season includes 33 weekends and five midweek rounds.
There will be no matches on Christmas Eve, and the league has made efforts to ease the holiday schedule.
A Premier League statement reads, “The schedule continues to allow more rest time for players over the festive match-round period, with no two rounds taking place within 60 hours of each other.”
“This is in keeping with commitments made to clubs to address the congested Christmas and New Year schedule.”
Transfer business will happen in two windows.
The first runs until Tuesday, June 10 at 7pm, and the second opens Monday, June 16, closing on September 1 at 7pm.
As Premier League champions, Liverpool will face Crystal Palace in the FA Community Shield, with a date yet to be announced.
In Europe, they enter the Champions League league phase, with the draw on Thursday, August 28.
Group matches begin on September 16, and the final is set for May 30 in Budapest.
They’ll also join the FA Cup in January (Round Three) and start the Carabao Cup in Round Three, with the final set for Sunday, March 22.
