Nat Phillips and Molly Moorish-Gallagher have confirmed they are expecting a baby.

The couple took to Instagram to announce the news as fans rushed to the comments to congratulate them.

The Liverpool FC centre back is currently on loan to Derby County and confirmed his romance with Liam Gallagher's daughter in 2022, when Molly shared a picture of herself with Nat on Instagram.

Molly recently took to social media to share her pregnancy news.

Nat and Molly stood side-by-side in front of a fountain as they posed for the camera.

Other photographs include a mirror selfie of Molly showing off her bump, a babygrow which has 'Cool mums have cool kids' printed on the front and a photograph of Molly holding up a mug which has 'Mum' written on it.

She announced her pregnancy news in the caption with a light-hearted joke which said: "Bulking season." Nat commented: "Can’t wait, love you both loads." Molly's mum Lisa wrote: "Waaaaaaah!

One fan said: "Congratulations - the best news", while another said: "Ahhhh beautiful.

Congratulations Molly!!" and "Grandpa Gallagher will be so happy."

Molly is the Oasis frontman's daughter from his relationship with singer Lisa Moorish.

Wonderwall singer Liam became a dad for the first time in March 1998, after Lisa fell pregnant with daughter Molly just two months into the singer's marriage to Patsy Kensit.

Even with his Nat's Liverpool links, he seems to have hit it off with his Manchester City-supporting 'father-in-law'.
