Conor Bradley will start at right-back for Liverpool against Arsenal in their first game since Trent Alexander-Arnold confirmed he is leaving Anfield at the end of the season.
Arne Slot is expected to field a strong line-up as the Reds return to Anfield for the first time since being crowned Premier League champions.
A weaker team at Chelsea last time out led to a 3-1 defeat and Slot has confirmed further changes will be made for the visit of Arsenal.
Following confirmation of his impending exit at the end of the season, Alexander-Arnold will be replaced by Bradley.
Slot said on Friday: "Conor will start, he needs playing time, games under his belt to be prepared for next season."
But the Reds manager was tight-lipped on other tweaks, adding: "There are a lot of influences on decisions I make and one of them is losing.
I am not looking to lose all four but more things go into a line-up than losing or rotating, so we will see."
Luis Diaz was rested for the defeat at Chelsea, so should come back in as Diogo Jota drops out.
Slot has called on Quansah to show more "consistency in his performances" so left the door open for further minutes.
Joe Gomez remains out injured.
