Liverpool are set to sell Jarell Quansah to Bayer Leverkusen in a deal worth a potential £35m.
The Reds have been in talks with the Bundesliga side all summer as they negotiated over the deals for Jeremie Frimpong and Florian Wirtz.
Frimpong's £29m release clause was triggered last month, before an official switch on June 1, while Wirtz became the most expensive player of all time at Anfield when he joined for a fee worth up to £116m on Friday.
Discussions over England Under-21 international Quansah stepped up earlier this week and the advanced talks have now seen an agreement reached.

It's understood the initial sum is £30m with a further £5m in add-ons and the terms could also include a buy-back clause for the Reds, who rebuffed interest from Newcastle United in the centre-back last year.
Quansah established himself around the first team at the beginning of the 2023-24 campaign and finished the term as a regular under Jurgen Klopp, starting and scoring in the German's last match in charge, against Wolves in May of last year.
However, having started the first game of the Arne Slot era alongside captain Virgil van Dijk at Ipswich Town in August, the Warrington-born defender was withdrawn for Ibrahima Konate at half time, with the new head coach later voicing his unhappiness with the amount of duels lost against the combative Liam Delap.

That game was Quansah's only Premier League start prior to Liverpool confirming themselves as champions in late April and, despite having only signed a new long-term contract in October, he is now set to move to die Werkself as they attempt to wrestle back their Bundesliga title from Bayern Munich next season.
The fee will be a club record for Leverkusen, who are armed with the warchest earned from the sales of Frimpong and Wirtz.
Quansah will replace Jonathan Tah at the BayArena after he joined Bayern Munich on a free transfer earlier this summer.
Liverpool will now prioritise a younger centre-back to fill the void left by the 22-year-old Quansah, although Crystal Palace's Marc Guehi, who is 25 next month, is a player of interest at Anfield.
The England international is inside his final year at Selhurst Park and is reportedly not considering signing a new deal meaning he could be available for a cut-price fee this summer if the FA Cup holders decide to cash in.
The Eagles already appear to be planning for life without their captain as they target £40m Ousmane Diomande at Sporting and it's believed Guehi would jump at the chance to join the Reds.
Quansah is part of the England U21 squad that booked their place in the European Championship semi-finals on Saturday night with a win over Spain.
He will officially complete his move after the tournament in Slovakia.

The deal means the Reds have managed to haul in close to £65m in sales so far this summer, inclusive of add-ons, in deals for Trent Alexander-Arnold (£10m to Real Madrid) and Caoimhin Kelleher (£18.5m to Brentford).
