Liverpool’s recruitment drive continues as the club agree a deal with Eintracht Frankfurt to sign the talented Hugo Ekitike.

Now, they have a new striker in their ranks, a player immediately ready to push for a place in the Starting XI.

This signing casts further doubt over Darwin Nunez’s future at Liverpool, as already decreased playing time under Arne Slot could lessen even more if he is unable to find a way out of the clb this summer.

Due to Slot’s frustration with Nunez in front of goal, he opted to play Luis Diaz in the No.9 position which was unnatural to the Colombian.
