Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is the name on everyone's lips when it comes to Liverpool over the last 24 hours.

Reports emerged on Thursday claiming that the Reds had an interest in signing the Napoli forward before the January transfer window closed.

The ECHO understands that Liverpool are admirers of Kvaratskhelia but are yet to make contact with Napoli over a move for the Georgia international.



Paris Saint-Germain are also said to be in the race for Kvaratskhelia's signature, with some reports suggesting the French club may be the front runners.

It's too early to say if Liverpool will actually try and sign Kvaratskhelia at all, never mind this month.

Only recent examples of Moises Caicedo and Martin Zubimendi go against that trend, but if the Reds want to sign Kvaratskhelia they will have a very good chance of getting a deal done.
