Premier League sides will be thrust into the January transfer window shortly after the World Cup.
Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea have all been offered the opportunity to sign high-flying Leandro Trossard in January, according to reports.
The Brighton forward is supposedly being shopped around by his agent after a superb start to the season and he could increase his stock even further with Belgium at the World Cup.
According to CBS Sports, Trossard's agent has offered United, Liverpool and Chelsea the chance to sign him after three years with the Seagulls.
Of the three teams in the equation, Liverpool have supposedly ruled themselves out.
