An update has emerged on the future of Real Sociedad star Takefusa Kubo, who has previously been linked with a transfer to Liverpool.
Reports earlier in the year claimed that the Reds were 'expressing an interest' in signing Kubo, although those rumours have quietened down over the last couple of months.
Sky Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg has claimed on X - formerly known as Twitter - that the Sociedad player could join a Premier League team this summer, having already received approaches from unnamed top-flight clubs.
It's not been stated if Liverpool are one of the clubs to express an interest, with Sociedad reportedly valuing Kubo at up to €40million (£33.7million).
