Luis Diaz’s Liverpool future has been up in the air since the summer transfer window opened at the start of June.
The attacker only has two years left on his current Liverpool deal, with now being the best time for Liverpool to sell him, especially if they’re not going to offer him an extension.
Both Bayern Munich and Barcelona have been rumoured to be interested in making a move for the Colombia international this summer, but Liverpool seem to be sticking firmly to their price tag.
However, it’s ‘clear’ that if Liverpool were to make a move for Rodrygo, they would almost certainly have a ‘need for money’ due to the amount they’ve already spent improving their ranks.
And, since Liverpool have rejected yet another offer worth around £58.5million for Diaz, it’s clear that they would have to be desperate to sell the Colombian this summer

This means that there’s still time for him to grow as a player, and since he’s already proven himself in La Liga and the Champions League, signing him this summer could be exactly what Liverpool need.
