Liverpool maintained their perfect start to the Premier League season with a narrow 2-1 victory over Everton in Saturday's Merseyside derby.
Ryan Gravenberch put the hosts in front at Anfield with a superbly-controlled volley in the 10th minute before Hugo Ekitike -- selected ahead of Alexander Isak -- doubled the advantage in the first half.
