Emergency crews quickly arrived, even turning a nearby restaurant into a makeshift treatment center.

Police have arrested a 53-year-old man from Liverpool.

Investigations are ongoing to understand why the vehicle drove into the crowd.

The Premier League called the incident “awful” and wished those affected a swift recovery.
