Micah Richards is adamant that Liverpool will suffer without Mohamed Salah, insisting the Reds "need him" to maintain their recent success.

"I'm just saying that what he's done at Liverpool in terms of three Champions League finals, winning the Champions League, winning the league, what he's done at Liverpool, has been so important."
Regarding a possible contract extension, Salah has remained relatively tight-lipped, refusing to reveal any concrete plans.
However, following Liverpool's 3-0 demolition of rivals Manchester United last month, he did explain that the club hadn't approached him about a new deal.
