Liverpool have completed the £40m signing of Milos Kerkez from Bournemouth.
The left-back has signed a five-year contract at Anfield.
The transfer takes the Premier League champions' summer spending to a potential £216m following the additions of the £29m Jeremie Frimpong and £116m Florian Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen and goalkeepers Armin Pecsi, who joined for £3m from Puskas Akademia, and Giorgi Mamardashvili, whose £29m arrival was agreed with Valencia last year.
Hungary international Kerkez flew back to England on Monday (June 23) to undergo a medical and complete formalities at the AXA Training Centre ahead of finalising his move from the south coast.

Bournemouth had initially valued the defender at £45m but talks between Liverpool's sporting director Richard Hughes and his counterpart at his former club, Simon Francis, eventually negotiated a £40m package.
The sale is Bournemouth's third joint biggest in history alongside Nathan Ake's move to Manchester City in 2020 and comes in behind the departures of £60m Dominic Solanke to Tottenham and Dean Huijsen, whose £50m release clause was triggered by Real Madrid this summer.
Kerkez becomes the third Hungarian player at Liverpool, joining his national captain and close-friend Dominik Szoboszlai and fellow summer signing Pecsi.

The former AZ Alkmaar youngster has also linked up again with Reds sporting director Hughes, who previously signed him for Bournemouth in a £15.5m switch in the summer of 2023.
The £40m fee eclipses both the £12m the Reds forked out for Alberto Moreno from Sevilla in August 2014 and the £29m they paid for Frimpong earlier this summer when activating a release clause in his Leverkusen contract, making Kerkez the costliest full-back of all time on Merseyside.
The 21-year-old's father and agent, Sebastijan, confirmed the switch was "basically a done deal" when appearing alongside his son on Serbian YouTube channel Super Indirektno last week, as he pointed towards’ Hughes’ decisive influence.
“It’s only Liverpool for us and we’re not going anywhere else and we won’t talk to other clubs,” he said.
Everything is agreed, just some little things.”
Kerkez had been a long-standing target for the Reds this summer but the deal was only allowed to be pushed through after Andoni Iraola's side had signed a replacement, which came when they struck a deal to sign £14m Adrien Truffert from Rennes, while Julian Soler also joined the club back in January.
Kerkez is expected to be part of Liverpool contingent that reports for pre-season training on July 7 ahead of the first friendly of the summer at Preston North End six days later (July 13).
The transfer has cast doubt on the futures of both Andy Robertson and Kostas Tsimikas.
Atletico Madrid are interested in signing Scotland captain Robertson, who is considering his options ahead of his contract expiring next summer.
Meanwhile, Tsimikas, who recently admitted there was a "temptation" to pursue starting opportunities elsewhere, is on the radar of several clubs including newly-promoted Leeds United.
Having now completed the signing of Kerkez, the Reds are set to prioritise outgoings as they look to trim their squad.
Jarell Quansah will complete a £35m move to Bayer Leverkusen following the conclusion of the European Under-21 Championships while Liverpool are braced for approaches for Darwin Nunez, with Napoli tipped to make a move for the Uruguay striker.

However, Kerkez is not likely to signal the end of the Reds' incoming summer business.
They could also move for a new centre-back and a new forward, dependent on outgoing transfers.
As the ECHO reported on Friday, Liverpool are looking to bring in a younger centre-back with high potential as a replacement for Quansah as they assess their options.
Marc Guehi is also a player of interet, with the Reds sensing a possible market opportunity as the England international heads into the final year of his Crystal Palace contract.
