Liverpool has confirmed the transfer of Caoimhin Kelleher from Liverpool to Brentford for a fee of of up to £18million ($24M).
The Reds' long-standing backup goalkeeper has been outspoken on his desire to play regularly elsewhere, and Brentford moved quickly to secure his services amid interest from elsewhere.
The Irishman, who completed a medical on Monday, had been linked with the likes of West Ham United, Leeds United, Bournemouth, Aston Villa and Manchester United.
The Bees have paid an initial fee of £12.M ($17M) for the player, with a further £5.5M ($7.5M) in possible add-ons.
The goalkeeper is the second summer departure following Trent Alexander-Arnold's move to Real Madrid.
