Liverpool has confirmed its official squad numbers for the upcoming 2025/26 campaign (via Liverpool FC).

Seven new arrivals have been issued their shirts ahead of the new season, while academy graduates Conor Bradley and Trey Nyoni have opted for new numbers as they step closer to first-team roles.

The German playmaker becomes the latest in a long line of high-profile No.7s at Anfield.

Left-back Milos Kerkez will wear No.6, while Jeremie Frimpong has retained No.30, the same number he wore at Bayer Leverkusen.

Up front, Hugo Ekitike receives the No.22 shirt.

In goal, Giorgi Mamardashvili has been handed No.25, Freddie Woodman takes No.28 and academy keeper Armin Pecsi is now No.41.

Conor Bradley, who made his Premier League breakthrough last season, moves from No.84 to No.12, a number previously worn by several key defenders.

Trey Nyoni, one of the standout performers during pre-season, shifts from No.98 to No.42 as he continues his rapid rise through the ranks.

These changes underline Liverpool’s commitment to providing pathways for youth players into the senior squad.
