Kylian Mbappe will reportedly request a clause in any potential new contract with Paris Saint-Germain which would allow him to leave the club when he chooses.

The clause would be a similar one to that which is in Lionel Messi's current contract with Barcelona.

There has been a great deal of speculation over his future, especially given the fact that his current contract expires at the end of next season.

The 22-year-old French World Cup winner was back in the headlines last week following his sensational hat-trick in a 4-1 Champions League win against Barcelona for his side.

While he is currently happy at PSG, it is no secret that Mbappe is a huge admirer of Liverpool, and also sees Madrid as a potential dream move.

Some reports have suggested that the likes of Liverpool or Real Madrid could make a mega-money move for the player in the summer.

Mbappe refused to be drawn on his future when asked about it after the win against Barcelona, telling reporters: "It would be stupid to decide my future on a single match.
