The German boss' first great team at Liverpool was one built on the principles of intensity, mentality and hard work but these values have been lacking at points during this campaign with the need for revitalization now glaringly obvious. The midfield and the center of defense are likely the two major areas Liverpool will look to strengthen this summer but the opportunity to invest in providing back-up for existing stars in other positions should not be passed up either.
