For almost a year now, the talk at Anfield has been about one Borussia Dortmund midfielder, and almost exclusively one midfielder alone. Everyone wants to know the outcome, but the will he or won't he tango is going to go on likely until the summer transfer window.

But what's even more intriguing is the fact that Liverpool has reportedly recently entered the race for another Borussia Dortmund midfielder, making it a possibility of a potential double raid on former club this summer. According to Liverpool is interested, alongside Arsenal, in Borussia Dortmund's Julian Brandt.



Before he moved to the German giants, Brandt was wanted by Liverpool, but then he opted to join Dortmund instead.



This is a midfielder who hit 44 goal contributions in just three seasons with Dortmund, and looks on course for another excellent campaign having hit 14 goal contributions in 32 games.



He is comfortable on the right-wing position, which would make him an excellent candidate for Liverpool this summer.
