Liverpool’s busy schedule continues, this time with a League Cup match on Tuesday.
The Reds have a 100% winning start to the season so far after claiming victory in all five of their league games, as well as beating Atletico Madrid in their first Champions League fixture.

They will be hoping to continue this at Anfield on Tuesday when they take on Championship side Southampton, who have not had the best start to the season by any means.
They sit 19th after winning just one game under their new manager Will Still, with the Reds very likely to rotate their team during this game that they are heavy favourites for.
And the Liverpool academy may have dropped a selection hint ahead of the game, with four young stars likely to be involved.

Arne Slot has mentioned the importance of squad rotation since the season began, with this League Cup tie the perfect chance to do just that.
Many fringe players should get the chance to shine, but so too should some of the youngsters, whether that be off the bench or from the start.
And based on the team selected for Liverpool’s Under 21s game against Manchester United on Sunday, four players could be called up to the first-team for this game against the Saints.

Both may have been expected to be part of the team anyway, but their exclusion all but confirms this.
Two more players were left out of the team and will likely start on the bench against Southampton, although they are a little bit more unknown.
Kieran Morrison, an 18-year-old attacking midfielder, and Tommy Pilling, a 21-year-old central midfielder, were also both absent and trained with the first-team, indicating that they could be in line for their debuts.
There has been so much talk around Liverpool this season around the amount of money they have spent and how they have signed ready-made stars, perhaps neglecting the youth.
However, this is the perfect chance for them to prove that they are willing to give their youngsters a chance, as well as some of their bit-part players who have earned the right to play due to their patience.
After what happened last season in this competition as well, Liverpool will be hoping to put things right and win the whole thing, with this a big chance for even more silverware.
It will be very interesting to see the line-up that Slot opts for, but either way, there will be a lot of changes from the weekend.
