Manchester City pulled away further at the top of the table today with a 1-0 victory over Chelsea.

And it did not go unnoticed by a number of Liverpool fans watching the action: City's 1-0 win came thanks to a superb long-range strike from midfielder Kevin De Bruyne.

But while the result was not good news for Liverpool, some fans had a chuckle at a slight commentary error during the first half.

While describing the incident on commentary for Premier League Productions, former Liverpool player Jim Beglin made a small - potentially Freudian - slip when describing Manchester City's stadium, before quickly correcting himself.

City are now 14 points ahead of Liverpool, who are back in third.

'Emptyhad' is a dig made by some opposition fans towards City, referencing an apparent inability to sell out the Etihad Stadium on certain occasions.

With the scoreline at 0-0, City and their supporters in the ground were upset with a decision which did not go their way when they thought Phil Foden had been fouled in the build up of an attack.
