Footage has emerged of Alexander Isak's first day in training for Liverpool.

The Reds will be aiming to maintain their perfect start to the league season when they head to Turf Moor.

Liverpool released footage of Isak in training for the club for the first time - leaving supporters hugely impressed with what they saw.



"We might have underpaid," one wrote.

"Alexander Isak, the best striker on the planet, running round the AXA in a pair of bright yellow F50s.

These are the days, my friend," another supporter commented.

"Imagine Isak alongside Salah, Wirtz and Gakpo.

"I still can’t believe he plays for my club," added another.

Speaking while on international duty with Sweden this week, Isak has claimed that people do not have the full story on his acrimonious departure from Newcastle.

"Not everyone has the full picture, but that's something for another day," he told Swedish media.

"That's part of football.

It has been educational, and I'm happy with the final result.

"I'm happy and proud to be a Liverpool player.
