Liverpool fans loved the moment Jude Bellingham joined Trent Alexander-Arnold in checking on the injured Jordan Henderson during England's clash with Wales.

Reds manager Jurgen Klopp may have been given an early glimpse into his future midfield at the Ahmed bin Ali Stadium, with Henderson starting alongside Declan Rice and the long-admired Bellingham in a midfield trio.

Alexander-Arnold started on the bench again as Southgate opted to start Kyle Walker - much to fans' frustration - but the Liverpool man managed just over 30 minutes in the second-half.
