Liverpool fans tell Milos Kerkez what he must now do after 'ruthless' first-half Burnley substitution

Liverpool fans were left unhappy after Milos Kerkez was sent off in the first half against Burnley in a 1-0 win at Turf Moor.
It was a lacklustre game, especially in the first half, where the Reds struggled against the very defensive home side, creating a limited number of chances.
Until a Hannibal handball in the final minutes of added time gifted Liverpool a penalty, which was superbly slotted in by Mohamed Salah.
But it was the moment Kerkez was replaced by Andy Robertson after 38 minutes that was one of the big stories of the game, after the Hungarian went down in the box too easily off a touch from Josh Laurent inside the penalty area.
The former Bournemouth player did not seem too disappointed to be taken off by Arne Slot, who explained his decision on the touchline at Turf Moor.

It was a swift decision from Slot, which supporters were impressed with, considering the issue of the yellow card so early on in the game.
While the £40 million signing does have a great future at the club, it does seem he needs a little bit longer to adapt to this Liverpool side.
“Being taken off 36 minutes in is really bad.
Kerkez has a lot to work on.
Too hot-headed and had made some really odd decisions,” said one.

There was a verdict from a supporter who believes there could be a mirrored situation from another defensive duo last season.

Expecting Robbo to start games for a while now,” they said.
It has been an incredibly mixed start for the 21-year-old since he arrived on Merseyside, but what it has shown is the need for Robertson to be the starting left back for the next few games.
His performance against Arsenal when he kept Noni Madueke quiet down the left was worlds apart from what happened in the opening 40 minutes.
The Scotsman is always a reliable figure down the left flank, and the team would not lose anything by having him back as their first choice.
Milos would benefit from cameo appearances off the bench in the next few league matches and potentially a start in the Carabao Cup game against Southampton, to allow him more time to fit in.
