Liverpool's final pre-season friendly in the Far East against Yokohama F Marinos will go ahead despite an ongoing tsunami warning in Japan.
In the early hours of Wednesday morning, an earthquake with an 8.8 magnitude hit the far eastern coast of Russia, causing tsunami waves to strike Japan and the United States.
Liverpool are scheduled to take on the Japanese outfit at the Nissan Stadium, Yokohama, at 11.30am before returning to England for the next stage of preparations before the Community Shield against Crystal Palace.
The Reds were previously beaten by AC Milan in Hong Kong after suffering a 4-2 defeat in their third pre-season friendly, after getting off to a winning start with triumphs over Preston North End and Stoke City, behind-closed-doors.
Arne Slot's squad have been gearing up for their Premier League title defence and have welcomed Hugo Ekitike into the fold after meeting his new teammates on their Far East tour after a move from Eintracht Frankfurt.
