Liverpool have further expanded their growing portfolio of blue chip commercial partnerships after signing a deal with global logistics firm UPS. Having secured a number of major commercial deals over the last 12 months, most recently with partnerships inked with Google and Liverpool have agreed a multi-year partnership with UPS, who will become the club’s official global logistics and shipping partner. understands that the three deals are worth more than £35m in revenue to the club. As part of the new deal, and forming part of a wider strategy around club partnerships where they are additive to the growth of the business through using expertise, UPS will work with the Reds to expand on the global distribution of the club’s retail and e-commerce operations, further aiding commercial revenue growth opportunities. Ben Latty, commercial director at Liverpool, said: “We are proud to be announcing this global partnership with UPS.
“We’re proud to be the official logistics sponsor of Liverpool Football Club,” said Kevin Warren, chief marketing and customer experience officer at UPS.
The UPS deal will add to Liverpool's efforts of increasing their commercial revenue, which for the 2021/22n financial year stood at £247m.
