Liverpool supporters reckon that Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak could be the difference-maker when it comes to the Champions League next season.
Liverpool have signed Bayer Leverkusen duo Jeremie Frimpong and Florian Wirtz, while Hugo Ekitike became the latest arrival from the Bundesliga, completing his move earlier this week.
They have also strengthened at left-back with the signing of Bournemouth's Milos Kerkez, and three goalkeepers have joined; in Giorgi Mamardashvili, Armin Pecsi and Freddie Woodman.

But it is Newcastle's Isak who continues to dominate the headlines on Merseyside and beyond.

The ECHO polled 4,000 Liverpool fans - and the overwhelming majority think Isak could be the difference maker in the Champions League next season.
Despite cruising through the new-look league phase of the competition last term and topping the table, Slot's side suffered a penalty shootout defeat to eventual winners Paris Saint-Germain in the round of 16, having drawn 1-1 on aggregate over two legs.
Seventy-eight (78) per cent of Liverpool fans surveyed believe that Isak could make a difference, with 22 per cent believing otherwise, while 83 per cent of fans reckon Liverpool should now go all out for Isak following this week's developments, with only 17 per cent feeling the arrival of Ekitike should suffice.
Opinion was more balanced on whether a potential Ekitike, Isak and Mohamed Salah frontline would be the club's greatest ever, with only 53 per cent saying it would be, while 47 per cent of respondents answered no.

What is clear, however, is that Isak would be a welcome arrival at Anfield - should the Reds' hierarchy choose to break the British transfer record for the second time this summer.
