Liverpool confirmed the departure of Tyler Morton to Lyon on Wednesday, with the Reds midfielder moving to the French club in a $20 million transfer.
The move marks the end of Morton's 15-year association with the Anfield club, and makes room for another promising young midfielder to make the step up.

"It's nice to have records but it's not how you start, it's how you finish – I always stick to that.
"Hopefully I can just continue to keep on doing what I'm doing and then everything else will just sort itself out."
In the same interview, Nyoni revealed how Curtis Jones and Virgil van Dijk had gone out of their way to make him feel welcome in the first-team squad.
